Sadao lining up boards to my Picket Fence!
I’m allergic to spring. I’ve got tiny red hives up and down my arms and legs everywhere my sun seeking body is exposed to the good weather of springtime. Three huge piles of garden compost have just been delivered, a concoction of mushroom waste, sawdust, wood fines, and chicken poop. But it basically smells more like wonderful sweet shit than anything. Those 10 yards of compost mean I’ve got a lot of work to do.
Timothy has been good to me. He and his best friend Sadao built me a perfect funky Victorian fence to complete the entrance to what will be my soon blooming garden. I’m so glad that there is someone who can take my crazy thoughts and brain bleeps and make something out of it. I plan on painting it “brilliant blue”
Mowed the orchard Sunday for the first time this year. Have to say that taking out one small tree and seriously maiming a 6-inch branch of my ancient loquat tree wasn’t so bad. Okay, I’ll confess, and another huge branch from the old apple tree completely snapped off… Small-scale farming still means that you have to think bigger than yourself. Good thing the tractor has a roll bar on it. I may need it before spring is up.

can you please tell me what has happened? Tried to find Roshambo wines, and …NOTHING? Are you still in business. Please feel free to email me. I was looking to buy some Imago Chardonnay.
Curious…and loving Roshambo Imago.

I’ve closed the winery part. You can still find the wines out there, but there will be no more roshambo wine made in the near future.
